For Goods to be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

• The Goods are in their original packaging.
• The Goods are unused and undamaged.
• The Goods include the receipt or proof of purchase.

• Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalised.
• Goods which, by their nature, are not suitable for return, deteriorate rapidly, or have passed their expiry date.
• Goods unsuitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons that were unsealed after delivery.
• Goods which, after delivery, have become inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions, at our sole discretion.

Only regular-priced Goods may be refunded.

Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You where prohibited by applicable law.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost during return shipment. Therefore, We recommend using an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

Exchanging Goods

We do not currently offer an exchange service. If You would prefer items in another colour or size, please return the items You do not need and place a new order.
